By submitting form SPICe+ or FiLLiP via our dashboard, the applicant grants N R B A & CO LLP Power of Attorney solely to file, amend, and sign corporate documents on behalf of the proposed directors.
The applicant is responsible for providing un-tampered KYC documentation. Forged uploads will result in suspension and notification to statutory authorities.
We target 99.9% uptime but are reliant on upstream Government APIs. We are not liable for delays from upstream server congestion.
N R B A & CO LLP operates as an intermediary. We shall not be liable for compliance notices resulting from user misrepresentation.
