Government fees (Stamp Duty, RoC Filing Fees, PAN/TAN charges) remitted via BharatKosh are strictly non-refundable.
If cancelled before Name Reservation (RUN) or form drafting, the professional fee will be refunded less a 10% administrative deduction.
If all proposed names are rejected by RoC, one free resubmission is provided. If the second attempt fails, no refund applies.
Valid refunds are credited to the original source within 7-10 working days, subject to RBI clearance.
